Sub-Committees and Their Roles

Building Committee

Responsible for the maintenance, renovation and development of NCCU's infrastructure and facilities. The committee ensures that the premises remain safe, functional and welcoming for members and staff.

Education Committee

Promotes cooperative education, financial literacy and savings awareness among members and young people. The committee organises training sessions, workshops, awareness campaigns and educational awareness programmes.

Information Technology & Finance Committee

Responsible for technological development, financial oversight and data security. The committee supports digital transformation initiatives and ensures the efficient management of financial resources.

Credit Control Committee

Monitors loan repayments, manages delinquent accounts and promotes responsible borrowing practices. The committee plays a vital role in maintaining the financial stability of the Credit Union.
